Great family owned business with ties to the marching/concert band community in (specifically) the Madison suburb of Huntsville, AL. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff who play/have played the instruments they sell.
This place is beyond amazing. The staff and owner are beyond amazing! I went in to get a beginner violin for my son, and I’ll be honest I know nothing. The owner and the two workers were beyond helpful in getting me situated.
Madison band supply is a great local shop. What they don’t have on hand they will quickly order for you at no added cost. Their repair technician is quick and thorough, and the owner, Frank, really knows these instruments inside and out.
Experienced and knowledgeable staff. Easy to talk to. Pricy in a lot of things but so are their competitors. Parking can be a pain because they are a small shop in a small parking lot. Facility was clean and otherwise easily accessible.
