I have used other music stores over the years throughout my kids' musical needs and this store is the most knowledgeable and customer service oriented. When I first called, David was very helpful over the phone and remembered us when we arrived. Dan and the instrument repair staff were extremely nice and helpful.
Everyone I interacted with has been so kind and professional. I took a trombone in for a minor adjustment (at a very busy time of year for instrument repairs) but they had it completed within 2 days. The technician called me to inform me about the work performed and was even kind enough to not charge me for the repair.
First time going to H&H, Jordan was extremely helpful especially since I was taking my daughters instrument in. He was very polite and helpful, explained about tuning and with time how I would need to replace certain parts and strings.
Three kids, three different instruments rented through here and very happy with their rental and warranty and are nice grade instruments. Repairs done well and they have even replaced with newer versions. Better than the other place by Baybrook in my experience.
