After being treated rudely at Guitar Center I went to Music and Arts store to purchase a tuner. The associates- both Carlos and Ayanna- were very courteous. Ayanna helped me pick a good tuner, and she spoke to me about her personal experience with choosing an electric guitar.
The customer service here is phenomenal! Everyone is knowledgeable about everything from instrument care to lessons. This location extremely accommodating to your skill level and budget. The employees are extremely helpful and remain honest during the entire process.
Wonderful place! The people working here have always been very nice and friendly to talk to, they all seem to have great knowledge of their crafts as well! I’ve started coming here to snag stuff for my trumpet and bass guitar and have never been disappointed!
