Overall I was happy with my experience. It could have been better, but they rallied and changed my opinion. I dropped off my son's instrument on a Saturday. Don't make this mistake. They get slammed on the weekend and you will be waiting in a long line with "20 of your best friends". It's not a quick experience.
A bit late in posting as I've been out of town playing with my beautiful and recently cleaned and serviced Euphonium by Andrew Delgado at H&H Music in Sugar Land, TX.
I have used H&H for all of my repairs and regular maintenance on my sousaphone. Jesse the repair tech is a master at his craft and goes above and beyond every single time. He is the best of the best in the business in my opinion. I am always amazed at his work.
To be welcomed from a driving rain into a glistening shop filled with brass and woodwinds, and most importantly, really nice, interested people whose aim to serve is a great experience.
