Every time I call, the staff member that assists me is efficient and friendly. I had to upgrade the rental viola up a size and the staff would check to see if one is available before I waste a trip driving there.
Amazing service and very friendly staff at town center Sugarland branch. My daughter goes there to get cello lessons from Ms Jasmine. Not only the teacher but whole staff is super sweet with her. I had to reschedule & forgot to call but communicated with the teacher, they happily rescheduled it. Really appreciate it.

We stopped by to get a string replaced on my husband’s guitar. They were able to fix it while we waited. The store is nice, plenty of horns, guitars, speakers, drums,music books, etc. All your music needs. They also offer guitar lessons. Overall the store is organized, well kept and they have helpful staff
