Incredibly impressive place! Professional, honest, helpful, and kind employees, (thanks Noelle!) and 10/10 customer service all around. Highest quality craftsmanship and work in the whole state! It’s amazing that Elgin has a luthiery at this level!
Great shop. The term "luther" is often used too loosely in guitar shops. Michael is knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. He has the skills to back it up and the professionalism to accommodate. My guitars haven't played this well on years. Worth every penny.
Love this store! Michael the owner is very knowledgeable with his guitar building background. All of the instruments are priced great as well!
