Exceeded my expectations. I initially ordered a guitar online through a larger store that arrived blemished in a way that it was clearly never taken out of the manufacturer's box. Returned that one and took a chance with Hilton.
Very helpful at the Colonie Center Ny Mall. Mike is definitely a team approach guy. Very helpful in finding Xmas songs and if I wanted to special order. However, a Luna guitar caught my eye, Mike kind enough to get me a pic to play that great sounding and the playability absolutely amazing..
Hilton Music is awesome! Their customer service is top notch. You are acknowledged as soon as you walk in. Everyone is friendly and helpful which makes for a totally welcoming experience. They have great inventory of all kinds of used and new instruments and accessories for all levels of musicians.
