Had a great school instrument rental experience. In fact, never had to go to the store, John Keal delivered straight to the school and made a swap out when necessary with ease. They even replaced a chin rest to a different style as recommended by private lesson teacher at no charge.

Great music instrument store in the Albany area. Came here on a tour with a minor repair (that I can't do myself) that I was worried I wouldn't have time to fix. The repair tech is a wizard and had it finished before I could even worry myself about it.
John Keal Music Company was great. Very helpful. Would recommend. I went to get a repair. They were very caring of my old instrument. They did a get job. Go there for all your music needs. Got some beautiful instruments for sale.
