Went in on July 26th and had an excellent experience. Very helpful staff who assisted me with my purchases from the very beginning without being asked. I found exactly what I was looking for and a bit more. They don't just sell horns here folks! Great selection of guitars, harmonicas and tons of other stuff.
I stopped by to check out the selection and was impressed with the various instruments they had! Nice mandolins, fiddles, and guitars! Barbara and Anna were super helpful and went out of their way to assist me!
Still the only place I have taken my instruments that realigns my clarinet keys to perfection, since 1999. Ever since I had my instrument serviced somewhere else due to living Outside, the keys have been slightly off. I should have shipped my instrument back, and I will be doing so in the future!
These guys are always super helpful and kind, and they're very enthusiastic about music and knowing their stuff. I bought a nylon string guitar from them last week, and they mailed me a hand-written postcard thanking me for the business. They really care about customer service, and I can't recommend them enough.
