Excellent service. Cody went out of his way to help me try out a few different acoustic guitars. He noticed that the action on one was a little too high and immediately took it to make an adjustment and to put new strings on it. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Anchorage!
These guys are the best, bar none. Screw guitar center minimal wage lackies, you want good product and excellent and I mean excellent customer service, mammoth music will absolutely serve you with professional advice, guitar repair and set up, highly recommend. These are my go to guys
Support local business! Don’t be scared to go here and do business! I have been doing business with them for 3 years now mainly for our church. They have staff that really are knowledgeable and I personally have gotten some serious tips and help for our PA system.
I recently needed a guitar for a memorial and Kim was so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to support me with quick and thoughtful service, and I especially needed this during such a difficult time. These kind of experiences are exactly why I support independently owned shops vs. corporations.
