This shoppe saved my son’s trumpet! We were sold a “less than perfect” trumpet from a different shop, but we didn’t realize how bad it was. When the other shop refused to fix it, Ingram & Brauns repaired it and made a customer for life! I’ll never go to another shoppe!
Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They've gone out of their way multiple times to help give advice and service instruments for us. They are also happy to recommend competitors shops when something you need us out of stock and needed immediately.
