Never in my life have I had a better customer service experience, ESPECIALLY when dealing with music people. I decided to buy a project guitar that I was going to modify myself. If you're reading this, you can probably infer the outcome.
Called early morning and was able to make an appointment same day to get my guitars looked at. Works out of his home and has a dedicated space where he works on clients guitars. He was knowledgeable and patient with me.
10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! When my dear friend passed away, his priceless acoustic guitar was shipped to me. When the package arrived, I was devastated to discover a crack and some other body damage that had happened in transit. Kevin reassured me that he could fix it, and he did an amazing job!
