We've had a fantastic experience with Ingram and Brauns in Pleasanton! My son has been learning the alto saxophone, and we've seen such a noticeable improvement in both his technique and confidence over the past few months. A big part of his progress is thanks to Jason, his saxophone teacher at Ingram and Brauns.
I'm super happy I found a rental instrument/ music shop in Pleasanton. It's a cute mom and pop store. It's a pretty popular place for locals and parents who wanna rent instruments for their kids. It gets pretty busy.. so be prepared to wait for help from someone, esp when it's school season. The location is convenient.
Ingram and Brauns Pleasanton's staff member's Max and Nico are top rate professional staff second to none!! Very keen and EXCEPTIONAL customer and product service no matter what!
Ingram Braun's Music Store is amazing! They have super high-quality musical instruments, from shiny trumpets to beautiful wooden guitars—everything looks and sounds great. I have rented Cellos from them for my daughter, and when it was time, I bought saxophones for my son.
