Brought in a guitar of mine for repairs which I had lost hope on. Brian completely fixed it up and made it play better than ever. The store is very clean and nicely stocked with all sorts of guitars and amps. I was so impressed by their customer service that I decided to sign up for some lessons.
Recently bought a guitar from this shop and loved the experience. People are great and I had a great time selecting the guitar I wanted to bring home. If you love Taylor guitars, they have a great selection and have some models the local guitar store chain doesn’t carry.
I have brought in 3 of my guitars to have either new pickups put in them or just general repair, fine tuning, fret level, fret dress, toggle switch replacement, etc. and love their pricing and work. My guitars never take more than a few business days to come back to me so appreciate the quick turn around as well.
I took my Fender telecaster in to have some Texas special pick ups installed. Brian did a great job with the installation and had my guitar back to me later that day. I have taken various guitars in for tweaks and adjustments the last couple of years and have always received excellent service.
