Amazing. If you need music stuff, give your money to these people. It’s owned by two partners and I think there’s another location other than the one I went to Neenah. Both of the owners were there on a Saturday. Both of them spent a lot of time with me and they taught me a bunch about how a guitar makes its sounds.
Had some fret issues and needed a good setup. James did a great job working on my guitar!! Also a quick turnaround!! Very friendly staff and a cool shop! Highly recommend !

We went to Island Music in New London and Scott was absolutely amazing. Scott is very friendly and professional, and anything you would be looking for when you're out looking for a new instrument. Scott sent us to Neenah and Randy, one of the owners was very professional, kind, and accommodating.
