Received my D Celtic not too long ago with the hard-case. Was shipped out immediately and received within the week. They were not in stock when I first looked, so if you're interested in one just subscribe to the email notification. It was prompt, and I was able to order as soon as I received the notification.
Everyone at Isthmus has been wonderful to work with. My first experience with them was for tuning a handpan they didn't make. Both Jenny and Robert assisted me and I thought their price was more than fair. Unfortunately it's not cheap to ship one of these things, but that has nothing to do with Isthmus.
My new Isthmus Instrument D Saladin Handpan is simply a stunning sounding instrument. The tone quality is round, smooth and lustrous. Jenny and her team have been wonderful to work with. They are gracious, kind, listen to what you want from your instrument, and offer wonderful support and follow up.
I will start by saying I am not easy to please and I have very high expectations. I have researched and spoke to every handpan maker in the USA that would answer me.
