I've known Jeff for well over a decade and have been going to his shop since it opened. I've been to him for lessons, supplies, maintenance, as well as worked with him on building a custom guitar.
Jeff is the most trustworthy guy and quite patient. He can work magic on any guitar, and has an array of vintage & collector amps and guitars.
Jeff does a great job working on guitars and is a great/patient teacher. Jeff replaced the pickups in my Epi Les Paul and resting the guitar. He used quality products and kept me up to speed on the status of the job. He's also a great teacher. He adapts how he teaches according to what music I want to play.
As a new cello player, I got a used cello and had no idea how to set it up, I called Jeff on the off chance he could help. He told me he didn't have experience with cello's, but since i was looking for a basic tuneup to bring it in. He took the time to research it, changed the strings and tuned it up.
