Off the beaten path, Tucked away in a little residential area is this gem of a music store. The owner is very gracious and knowledgeable. They don’t have a huge selection of amps etc. but they do have a pretty good selection of both acoustic and electric guitars straps, and pics.
I went in to get a fender bass VI restrung, I didn't know anything about the gauge of the strings or how to tune it. Jody was very helpful, he didn't have any trouble figuring out how to tune it and he restrung it quickly, once he was done he showed me which strings were tuned to what key and wrote it down on paper…
The workers are extremely friendly, they had just the things I needed for band, and overall it was just an amazing experience. Yes, it is a tiny store and it isn't that well known like Guitar Center and other places. But it is an amazing place, and you know it just felt like you're home.
Jody's is an awesome establishment. Jody is very knowledgeable and talented too. Jody's is a great place for all your music needs. If he doesn't have it, chances are he can get it. Honest, caring, courteous, and very concerned for your needs. Whether it's instruments, parts, repairs or lessons, Jody has you covered.
