My kid decided he wanted to learn how to play the guitar so I reached out for details about their music lessons. Moose was extremely helpful in getting a time slot that worked nailed down.
I mistakenly showed up 20 minutes past closing time while the owner was training his new employee on how to close down the store. He kindly allowed me in to buy my bottle of lemon oil, and offered knowledge on its usage for my specific guitar.
I've been shopping at Jonathan Fletcher Music for several years now, and have always had a pleasant shopping experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and the selection is great too. You won't get service like this at the big box retailers.
I have the unique opportunity of having a view of this business not only as a customer (which I have been most recently), but as an employee as well, going back some 10 plus years ago.
