Got a great deal on a used tenor here, very kind staff and pleasant to do business with.

Decent but don't always follow through. Many years ago I tried to sell them my Jupiter tenor saxophone. Said yes first, then more time, more time, etc. then stopped responding to me so I finally gave up and sold it myself. Might have quoted me too much money by accident but he never communicated that with me.
