What's on the wall
“Unfortunately I asked to order in a specific color american stratocaster over a year ago, with no one calling me back to let me know anything.”
“I took my trumpet in for a cleaning and not only did they charge me $30 less than I had expected but they also fixed and added a ton of stuff!”

What players say again and again
“Their service, knowledge, pricing and communication were excellent and we have a working clarinet again!”
From the reviews
- nice little music store. They most have guitars and not a whole lot of other instruments at least inside the store front. - staff were friendly and helpful. - prices seem normal for the type of items. - place was clean and organized. - plenty of parking in the area. - overall not a bad experience here.
Music stores are few and far between in this area, so it's nice that we have one that covers everything from the basic necessities to ordering pretty much whatever you need. Plus they offer instrument rentals and lessons. If that's not enough, the staff is always pleasant and eager to help.
What a hidden gem! We needed a clarinet repaired and this place was recommended to us. I never even knew they were there. Their service, knowledge, pricing and communication were excellent and we have a working clarinet again! They had such a neat selection of instruments and accessories as well. Thank you!
Don't trust their website if you're ordering something. I ordered a drum set and was told it would take about 2 weeks to arrive. 6 weeks later they tell me they need another $182 to place the order because they listed the set with the wrong description. Follow up!
Lessons at Music & Arts
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Music & Arts. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments and rentals on hand for exactly this reason.
