Their employees are great. Was looking for a guitar and rather than pressing me for going with something more expensive, the guy picked out some in the price Range I had told him and gave opinions based on the style I played on what would be good.
I have taken drum lessons there for over a year now. The staff is wonderful. Glen and Chaney have spent a lot of time with me when it was time to buy a new drum kit and hardware. Mitch Kiley is one the best music teachers I have experienced. He teaches drums and helps me with my band pieces as well.
My bass wasn’t working and they were about to close. Yet, they still managed to look and at it and fix it. It sounds great and 100% customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.they helped me in 5 mins quickest ever!!!
Good customer service is hard to find these days, but I just had the best customer service experience of my life at Ken Stanton Music in Alpharetta. I just bought a new Nord Stage 3 keyboard from them, and Mario Hernandez was really helpful.
