I go there maybe three times each month, since I live nearby. I gave it a 10/10 because it's cheap, and the quality of the things they sell are amazing, especially since they're directly imported from Korea. They take a while to restock on albums, but that's ok. They also had a wonderful staff, very helpful.
So, I've been to Ontario Mills twice lately and been in this store once, the second time I went to the mall I just walked past the store 😆. The experience I've had at this store is great! The staff is pretfy friendly and the stuff they have there is good.
staff is very kind and very helpful! I don't know very much about about kpop, but they were able to help me find a really awesome birthday gift for my friend who loves BTS! very clean store, pretty decorations, cool merchandise, and wonderful customer service experience! thank you again!!
I was able to find many things on my list to buy, so it is a great find. Spending a bit much today.
