I was in a pinch and needed my guitar repaired quickly. No other music store was able to accommodate me. Laura and Vidal were true professionals and made sure that I was taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure that my Taylor was ready for a couple of important performances I had coming up that weekend.

I like to support family owned business. I buy stuff on Amazon when necessary but I also buy instruments and accessories at Hi-Line music. The ability to put my hands on any instrument or accessory is worth a little extra money. The staff at Hi-Line is friendly and encourages customers to try out their instruments.
