My review of Laconia has been revised multiple times - my initial experience did not leave a warm and fuzzy feeling, but once I got in contact with the technician (owner?), things leveled out.
All three of my kids took lessons from the Laconia during the pandemic. It is a good place to start cuz their rental services, private lessons and professionalism. It feels like a family. We always come back for instrument repairs and maintenance. The price, atmosphere and professionalism can’t be beat. We love it!
What an incredible place. Seriously, don't even look for other music store- this is it! I've been coming here for the past 2 years as my son started playing trombone at school. I am absolutely clueless in terms of anything instrumental (sadly), but the staff are forever kind and always made me feel in the know.
The owner and staff gave us wonderful service. They are very kind , passionate about music, caring, and gave us quick fix on the clarinet. Just wonderful people. Thank u so much.
