As an adult beginner, hoping to learn how to play guitar, I was nervous. My fears were immediately put to rest by everyone I’ve interacted with at Lancaster Music School. Hailey, at the front desk, was so helpful to find a time for lessons that fit my schedule.
Their staff is simply the best, they go beyond basics to assist you. My situation: I wanted to return a trumpet after I had rented it for 2 years, the person attending me told me that I was probably very close to paying it off. He checked on the computer and sure enough, I only have 5 more payments until payoff.
Took my acoustic PRS for a lower action setup. They called me within an hour to tell me that it was ready and I couldn't be happier with the results. Really friendly staff and excellent customer service, they cleared all my doubts and concerns. I will be visiting the store more often.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I want to thank Alan for helping us out with an Acoustic Guitar. He even went out his way to offer to tune it up for us without a problem or hesitation. He was very helpful and I appreciate that.
