So I got my first PRS guitar a few months ago. A Santana SE. I love the way it plays and the way it sounds but there was something missing. It just wasn't set up correctly. So I took a to Lay's guitar shop and 2 days later I got back what seems like a brand new guitar. It looks and sounds better than ever.
Lay's restored my 1979 Fender Stratocaster including a complete refinish to the original color (Transparent Wine), Neck Alignment and a complete re-fret job. I've had this guitar since 1982 and it has never played or looked better. Working with Lay's was easy.
My original '69 Les Paul was sounding out of tune at the first fret; I feared the worse but hoped that a refret would help. They examined it and just recrowned and polished my original frets and it is perfect again - it's like brand new and has perfect intonation - these guys are fantastic!
Great work on my Les Paul! l had it refinished and I’ll be honest nor a single flaw . If your in hurry You might want to ask first . I have 24 guitars Not in hurry . It took 4 months to get is shipped Back . It was well worth the wait though , quality was impeccable .
