HUGE inventory of quality guitars; less than helpful service. I regularly stop by guitar stores when I travel, and being new to Jacksonville I happened into Liberty Music. As someone who spends over $10k a year on guitars and gear, I was immediately impressed with the variety of quality guitars they had.
Trevor did a great job matching us with the right instrument. He was sincerely interested in making sure we purchased the correct guitar and was very intuitive, collaborate & patient during the process.
The guys are awesome! The gave me a great deal on a Gibson J45 and got it to me by Xmas... and I live in West Texas! Not only did I get the best deal possible, they kept me up on every step from packing, to shipping and the delivery of my new guitar.
