Staff is excellent. Very nice. Believe it or not it's actually owned by Guitar Center. My son takes drum lessons here in the Mandarin location. Incredible quick in and out location for strings, reeds, rosin, and sheet music. They also have a good selection of guitars, violins, and saxophones.
I've been playing a guitar since I was 8 years old. I put it down about 20 years ago thinking I was done. On my 63rd birthday I was given a gift card to the store Music and Arts in mandarin. So why not start again. From the moment I entered the store I was greeted with a smiling, pleasant young man.
This is a great place to learn piano! Mr. James Fair is very technically proficient at his craft and a fastidious instructor. Ms. Lacie Malone helped me get back into sight reading with the musical notation she drew on the whiteboard. Ms.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff at the Jacksonville Music & Arts store has been amazing! They are so knowledgeable and helpful, especially with my child’s band rental. When I needed to revisit our rental contract, the local team walked me through everything and honored what I needed — such a huge improvement from before.
