The prices for the rental instruments are great, I pay $20 less a month for my cello here than at the other place I was renting from. And it is a better quality instrument. They also do repairs on site and minor repairs can sometimes be done on the same day.
Very helpful, prompt and professional costumer service. We rented a beautiful violin, they helped us in a smooth and easy transaction. Measured child and acomodated accordingly.
