The gang at Lollar replaced the pickups on my stock Telecaster, then a year later installed a K&K system on my Guild acoustic and did a little fret work that I had been meaning to get done on it as well.
My 1957 D-18 was starting to buzz on lower frets. I took it in and a partial re-fret ( first 7 ) was in order. Then I had a serious ding on the front lower bout… That needed to be stabilized on the interior. That was followed by fret dressing and set-up. The results are excellent. The clarity of tone has returned.
