LFT's luthier/tech, Tom Grose, has been my go-to, for years. He's done it all...from basic setups on acoustics and electrics, to more intricate tasks, such as installing pickups and a wiring harness in a semi-hollow body. Tom's done trouble-shooting and conquered 'ghosts in the machine', on more than one instrument.
I entrusted Greg at Lust for Tone with two very different guitars: a classic Fender Stratocaster and a modern ESP Eclipse. I am utterly blown away by the results. Greg is a true wizard with an incredible ear and attention to detail.
I’ve been using Lust ForTone pickups exclusively in all of my non vintage guitars for quite a few years now. In regard to PAF style pickups they seem to have nailed the tone of my favorite PAF pickups with their 57 Lustbucker set.
