Great first experience! I found Melody Acres on the web when looking for local guitar stores. I reached out to Carlos about ESP guitars and even about helping me get my buddies ESP horizon set up! Carlos is very passionate about what he does, and those are the best people to deal with in my humble opinion!
Came across this store while shopping for an ec1000 (I love esp guitars, probably more than Gibson guitars!) and got a great deal on it. If ESP guitars are your thing, this store has em. Owner was very nice and polite as well. Next time I need another ec1000 or possibly an ESP USA, I’ll try here first.
I got my son's guitar new strings here and installed them in store, also was tuned. Great service and very knowledgeable also took the time to wipe the guitar down. Prices on the guitar straps were just a little high for me.
We’ve had such a wonderful experience here. The owner, Carlos, has been incredibly kind and accommodating, especially when life happens and we’ve needed to reschedule lessons. It’s clear he truly cares about the students and their experience. My daughter absolutely loves her violin lessons.
