I don't get to come here as much as I would like to but when I do I've never had an issue with staff they've always been very nice the owner is awesome. They gave me a very fair price on a speaker cabinet when I was in hard times.
I needed a baritone lyre and flip folder for my Bari sax. I was prepared to have to go to multiple music stores, but Makin’ Music had what I needed and the price was far lower than I could’ve gotten online - $10.70 for the two. I was in & out in 5 minutes. Glad there’s a good music store so close to my house.
This is a really unique music store. Perfect place to find vintage instruments in good condition and prices are reasonable. I always get my guitar worked on here and always has been quick turnaround and pricing is always fair. Nice local business.
Always going to pick a mom and pop shop over a guitar center any day of the week. They have fair prices and a LARGE selection of instruments ranging from high end to affordable. Guy at the counter was friendly and super helpful.
