While playing my 14 year old guitar that has Sperzel locking tuners, the A string lost tension and could not be tightened. I contacted the company and spoke to Roger. He diagnosed the problem over the phone to be a worn out plastic button.
I walked into this place looking for a tuning key to replace a worn out one and walked out with a new set. bought a set for a baritone guitfiddle I'm making also. they treat you like gold... will never buy any other tuners.
A well studied , functional and durable product . We have been choosing it for many years for the custom models of our production, from 2023 also for EGOguitar. Thanks for your work!
Haven't been there but do have their incredible locking tuners on my 25 year old Swiss made Blade guitar. They are excellent still to this day!!!
