Bobby is a top-notch technician (and multi-instrumentalist musician!) who highly values his customers and their pianos. His professionalism, skill, and kind demeanor have made it a pleasure to have him in our home to tune our keys and “tickle the ivories,” showing us how beautiful it sounds once he’s done.
Bobby was awesome! Answer the phone on my first call. I am in the country and he found me without any problem. Very efficient and explained everything in detail I have a very old piano. He took his time and tuned it with perfection! Very professional and did an excellent job! Will definitely use him again!!
