My husband and I were visiting from NYC and he was looking to buy a Line 6 amp that he saw on the website. We went in and everyone was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Amp was great and they let him test it out, so we bought it right then and there. Problem since we had to get it back to NYC? Not at all!
Staff is extremely friendly, musicly talented, with a experience and knowladge database that rivials any big name guitar shop around and not just guitars, instruments across the board and music and sound in general.
Wether you want to sell, trade, or buy instruments this is the place to go. I'll never buy another instrument brand new with Music Go Round here in Louisville. Massive inventory! Just don't expect to get much for an instrument if you're selling to them.
My son and I absolutely love this instrument store. They have the best prices in town and the friendliest staff! You can guarantee that as a customer you won't be walking around aimlessly waiting for help.
