My wife and I stopped there looking for a starter guitar for our 10 year old son. The man that helped us was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on what we should be looking for, without pressuring us (thank you). We ended up purchasing a Fender guitar for what we felt was a great price.
A bit small considering it is the only real music store in the area, but they always have a great selection of instruments and the staff (and the ?owner) are fantastic, eager to help and answer questions. And they did an absolutely fantastic job fixing up my old Ibanez for a great price.
I've purchased a few instruments and amps from here. Always a great experience. As a beginner I've never been pressured into buying super expensive gear. They're always honest in what I should and shouldn't get. I plan on only bringing my guitars here for anything they or I may need in the future!
Specialized in guitars, keyboard, and drums. But they also carry a few classical instruments for band students. Prices are fair, but selection in stock is limited. If they don't have it they might be able to order it for you though. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Typical small town music store.
