She really had a lot of information to share in terms of quality of instruments and care. The rapair man was also very sweet and gave us a very good estimate on the repair.
We have rented a number of instruments from Metropolitan Music for our kids and I cannot recommend them enough! They offer high quality entry level instruments for kids who are young + new to music.
