First time visiting there after hearing so much about it and browsing the website many times. Excited to finally lay eyes on the best local collection of quality classical guitars! Cons: Some of the guitars were really dusty and the one collection room felt almost too humid.
During my brief visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received. Even though I don't play guitar, I needed my instrument restrung, and the staff at Rosewood Guitar were incredibly helpful.
Great shop with a beautiful selection of guitars across all prices. The guitar I bought cost 95% less than what the other customer in the store bought while I was there, but they were happy to give me just as much help and attention.
Great store and I love that they are only a few blocks away. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and their appreciation for music/guitars definitely showed.
