This is such a great guitar store. The store design is super cool. It's high-end yet really comfortable and approachable. Love the design of the custom pipe structure that displays guitars in the main showroom. If you're a guitar player, you've got to stop by just to see and experience the place. It's great.
I brought 3 of my basses here for service and complete setups. Phil is a magician when it comes to guitars. He found one of my basses had a cracked nut. He made a new one out of bone, and I can't feel any seams or high spots. It feels like glass. If you need ANY guitar or bass work, take your instrument here.
Went here for the first time today and had a great experience. I recently purchased a guitar for my son and one of the string broke during tuning. When I walked in I was quickly helped by one of the employees, he helped me get a new string on the guitar, tuned it by ear, and gave me some great advice for my son's…

First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
