Monty is an icon in the music industry as he is almost 30 years of retail in this Arena. Monty offers repairs instruments and assorted other Musical items he also brings a wealth of knowledge and one is willing to listen.
I absolutely love this place and Monty. First off everyone that works there is so friendly and welcoming. You almost feel like an old friend walking in. They all have what seems like endless knowledge on guitars and all their working parts . I got a great deal on this sweet Guitar and they offer lessons as well.
My husband got his classical guitar set up here this week. He had it back the next day and once he did he was soo blown away by how it felt he wanted to practice an extra hour just because of the comfort level of his instrument and its playability. This shop has over 30 years open under the same ownership!
I have been going into Monty's Music since our kids were in grade school (20+ years). We would get the needed recorder for elementary school, small items. Monty's always had what was needed. First, Monty's Music is a small, local mom & pop style business. It is not a big retail outlet like Guitar Center.
