I can’t say enough good things about Pale Horse Guitar Works! I’ve brought 7 of my guitars in for some repairs and setup work (over the last year and a half), and they absolutely nailed it every time. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and turnaround time were all top-notch. They all play and sound incredible.
I've had 2 instruments worked on at Pale Horse Guitar Works and they have both turned out amazing. The first was a Hawaiian ukulele that's frets needed to be polished and deburred. The second was a rusted out Telecaster that the restored to almost new condition.
I love this shop! Small selection of used and vintage gear for sale. They always have some really cool stuff. Totally laid back vibe whether you have been playing your whole life or just decided to start you will get all your questions answered without any judgement. Riley is an amazing luthier.
I was looking for a new guitar luthier/store to take my guitars to for repair and setup. It’s hard to find a place that does quality work with great customer service and transparency. Went to the shop and spoke with Randy there.
