Ken, Joe, and Toaster from MSG's have been my "go-to" for the past 4 years and have consistently delivered an exceptional experience. It started with what I thought was going to be a simple set up for my Gretsch Chet Atkins hollow body a few years back.
I had pieced together my dream guitar (Jazzmaster body with two humbuckers and a MIM neck off my favorite old busted Stratocaster, RIP) but ran into some pickup routing issues when changing my pick guard.

The guitar came back playing and sounding better than ever. Ken’s deep knowledge and attention to detail was evident in the fine work he did.
Absolute mint service and pure wizardry… My Stagg BF-400 Heavy V bass came out; not just repaired fully for a fair price, but sounding like the “thunder-in-the-guts” monster it was meant to be… Oh, and Ken was super friendly, thorough, communicative, professional and – Hell Yeah – fun too… A solid 5 stars and horns…
