We were looking for a bassoon for my 14 year old son. We had a pretty good idea of what model and company we wanted. I spoke to Jon at Music & Arts and though he did not have it in the store, he was able to get one from another Music & Art store within a week so my son could try it out and play it before purchasing it.
I went in to Music and Arts to purchase some music. I was dubious at first considering the reputation this company has for customer service. I have not had the experience of purchasing instruments with this M&A company but my in-store experience could not have been better.

Great instrument and lessons store. The staff is helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Violin strings installed with the purchase price. Music and Arts also has an online store with a national presence. I highly recommend!
