I’ve had a couple of experiences with this location over the last few months, and each time I was blown away by the customer service! Jason is very knowledgeable and helpful, and he saved the day today when I was worried my child wouldn’t have a repaired instrument in time for her concert.
Was very impressed with the staff working there. They had the Belton middle school band supply lists and were able to go find just about everything I needed. There were some items they were out of stock of, but that's to be expected with the start off school coming up and everyone searching for the same item.
2 of the most friendly and informative gentlemen ever!!! I went in for a repair and to shop around for a new flute with no clue what I was doing. They explained everything thoroughly and were super personable and encouraging for my middle schooler. We will definitely be going back for all our musical needs <3
