Kate and Mark were fantastic! My wife signed up for piano lessons and I bought a new acoustic guitar. The store was an oasis of culture and comedy. The customer service was quite possibly the best we have received in years and the sales experience was second to none.
100/10 Staff is amazing. Every time I go there they greet me like i am one of their friends. If you are trying to learn a new instrument one of the people who work there specialize in knowledge of the instrument you would like.
We rent our son’s viola from this location and it is a very easy and appropriately priced. They help tune and repair strings and even upgraded the size for free when he had a growth spurt. He also takes one-on-one viola lessons with Ms. Danielle Wood and she is AMAZING!
Mr Rudy helped me out a lot picking a new guitar. Yamaha FS800. He also got me hip to the rate on restringing the guitar I have now. Thank you so much. I felt like my Mom had a good time watching me get ready to finally buy a guitar for myself.
