From the reviews
I've been renting a flute there for my daughter for about a year and a half now. Brian, the store manager called to update me on the status of my rental and when it would be paid off. He was so helpful. We talked about different instruments (guitar, drums, etc) for my daughter and possible voice lessons for me.
I was delighted after my experience at this location. Brian is the perfect person for this job. He was very attentive and is very knowledgeable. He made us feel at home, very up beat and cheerful. He offered us music lessons, and helped answer all our questions. I will definitely be returning to this place again.
Went in for bass strings and was met by Brian, the manager. He was super helpful in giving me different options for which strings would work the best for me. Also, played some keyboards for a few minutes(they have a nice selection). Recommend this store for sure!
After a couple years of plunking around on a cheap guitar, my daughter was ready to invest in a nicer one. We had a bunch of questions, but Brian was very helpful and patient. He also had a lot of good tips. We left with a guitar my daughter is thrilled with!
Lessons at Music & Arts
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Music & Arts. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments and rentals on hand for exactly this reason.
