I stopped by looking for a guitar plug nut that holds the plug in place for you to plug into. I was treated as soon as I walked in. The young man behind the counter was very nice and when I told him what I was looking for he checked the rack but didn’t have one. He then pulled out their parts bin and started looking.
The staff here was excellent! I came in looking for a gift, and found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and completely centered on making sure I got what I needed.
They had a good selection of electric guitars. The prices were very reasonable, and the guitars that were used looked like the brand new ones they had. I think this was a better idea than spending the same price on Amazon and not being able to personally pick out each part for my daughters new Christmas gift.
First time going to this store. I travelled from northern KY because they had the guitar I was looking for at a good price. I took a guitar to sell and they gave me a better offer than GC or Willis Music. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and they went out of their way to help me get a good deal done.
