The staff at Music & Arts in Concord are exceptional! They are polite, respectful, kind, helpful and professional! I have never been to a music store with people like Luke and Summer. They take the time to give their thoughts & suggestions, and pertinent information to help with every decision I had to make.
Great service as always, Andrew knows everything about anything. There are also some other great associates who are always willing to help. Lastly, there is Mr. Darnell the manager, who absolutely amazing.
The second you walk in the door, Alan lessens any intimidation one might have about learning an instrument. The entire atmosphere is friendly; the people are very knowledgeable. One of my kids takes lessons from Adam, who is such a great teacher and a general wealth of knowledge in the clarinet.
